Dr. Abhishek Kirpal BDS, MDS, DDS, FRCD(C) Endodontist
Dr. Kirpal earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 2012 from the University of Michigan, in Ann Arbor and graduated in his specialty of Endodontics from New York University in 2014.
Dr. Kirpal is currently a registered Endodontist in Canada and is a fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada (FRCDC). He is an active member of the Canadian Academy of Endodontics, the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, the American Association of Endodontics and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Kirpal currently practices in Cornwall, ON as well as Ottawa, ON. He is also currently the only Endodontist geographically located between the 2 large metropolitan cities of Montreal, QC and Ottawa, ON.
Dr. Kirpal insists on using highly technical equipment, such as a state of the art, class leading Carl Zeiss microscope in order to perform highly successful treatments.
Dr. Clarice Nishio DDS, MSc. PhD, FRCD(C) Orthodontist
Dr. Clarice Nishio completed her dental doctorate degree at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in 1996. She obtained her orthodontics specialty training at the Fluminense Federal University in 1999; and her orthodontics master degree (2005) and PhD (2008) at the State University of Rio de Janeiro.
Dr. Nishio started her international career in 2007, when she worked as an associate researcher for 1 year at the University of Hiroshima, Japan.
After deciding to move to Canada, she underwent a second orthodontic masters program at the University of Montreal, in Quebec, Canada.
Dr. Nishio is currently an Assistant Professor of Orthodontics at the University of Montreal. She has authored several publications, has obtained multiple diverse awards, and is actively involved in the scientific research community.
For the past 15 years, Dr. Nishio has acquired essential experience in esthetic orthodontic appliances such as: Invisalign, ceramic brackets and lingual orthodontic appliances.
She is a member of the Royal College of Dentists (RCDC), Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO), Quebec Association of Orthodontists (AOQ), Canadian Association of Orthodontists (CAO) and American Association of Orthodontists (AAO).
Dr. Joel Abikhzer, DMD, MSc, FRDC(C) Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Abikhzer obtained his dental doctorate degree from the University of Montreal in 2006 and completed an externship in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Harvard University in Boston.
After completing a residency at the Jewish General Hospital (McGill University), he attended an internship in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Miami. In 2008, Dr. Abikhzer underwent his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and graduated in 2012.
Dr. Abikhzer has successfully completed his board-certification fellowship and is a fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.
Dr. Abikhzer currently practices in Cornwall, ON as well as Montreal, QC.
Dr. Nabil Ouatik DMD, MSc, FRCD(C) Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Nabil Ouatik received his DMD at the University of Montréal in 2005. He completed a residency and MSc in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Montréal and Sainte-Justine Hospital in 2008. In 2009, he completed a Fellowship at the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
He is a fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and is board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He is also a part time clinical lecturer at the Faculty of Dentistry, McGill University.
Dr. Ouatik is the only Pediatric Dentist in the city of Cornwall, ON and practices pediatric dentistry both in Cornwall, ON as well as Ottawa, ON.
